When Call Screening is active:

  • Callers are prompted to say their name before being connected

  • You’ll hear the name and choose whether to accept or send to voicemail

🛠️ How to Enable Call Screening

  1. Log into the Kiwi VoIP Portal

  2. Go to Cloud PBX > Inbound Calls > Call Screening Options

  3. Select your Call Screening preference

  4. Choose a Time Schedule for when screening applies

  5. (Optional) Tick “Remember the screening choice for calling number”

  6. Click Save Settings
