📂 How It Works
✅ Plays an audio message before other call handling
✅ Can be configured to play only during certain hours
✅ Supports custom media from your Account Media folder
✅ Skips if no schedule match is found
⚙️ How to Set It Up
Log into the Kiwi VoIP portal:

Click Cloud PBX from the top menu

Select your number from the list

Go to Inbound Calls > In Call Messages

Tick Enable a greeting message on the line

Choose your time schedule:

At All Times (default)
-
During Work Hours
-
User-Defined Schedules

Upload your desired recording under Account Media

Click Save Settings
🧠 Tip: If the selected schedule does not match the current time, the message won’t play, and the call moves directly to the next feature in your PBX flow.
