🔊 In Call Messages in Kiwi VoIP Cloud PBX

Need to play a message before routing a call? Use In Call Messages to greet, inform, or warn callers before any other PBX feature like queues, forwarding, or IVRs kicks in.

📢 Great for:

  • Pre-call announcements

  • Legal disclaimers

  • Queue wait time warnings

  • COVID or special instructions

📂 How It Works
✅ Plays an audio message before other call handling
✅ Can be configured to play only during certain hours
✅ Supports custom media from your Account Media folder
✅ Skips if no schedule match is found

⚙️ How to Set It Up

Log into the Kiwi VoIP portal:

  1. Click Cloud PBX from the top menu

  2. Select your number from the list

  3. Go to Inbound Calls > In Call Messages

  4. Tick Enable a greeting message on the line

  5. Choose your time schedule:

    • At All Times (default)

    • During Work Hours

    • User-Defined Schedules

  6. Upload your desired recording under Account Media

  7. Click Save Settings

🧠 Tip: If the selected schedule does not match the current time, the message won’t play, and the call moves directly to the next feature in your PBX flow.
