Experiencing sluggish mobile internet? Follow this quick guide to troubleshoot and get back up to speed with Kiwi VoIP Mobile.
🔍 Step 1: Perform Preliminary Checks
✅ Check Your Mobile Plan
Log into the Kiwi VoIP Portal, head to the Mobile section, and confirm:

Which plan you're on

How much high-speed data is included

How much you've used so far
📶 WiFi vs Mobile Data
Make sure you're not connected to WiFi—your device might be defaulting to a weak or slow WiFi network.
🌐 Check for Outages
Visit our Network Status Page for any live alerts or planned maintenance that may impact mobile performance.
📍 Check Your Coverage

Are you getting 4G or 5G signal?

How many signal bars do you have?

Does the slowness happen everywhere or just in one spot?
🔁 Step 2: Restart Your Device
If your plan and coverage are all good, restart your phone. This can refresh your network connection and clear minor issues.

Use Speed Tester NZ to measure your current mobile data speeds.
