Understanding Charges for Exceeding Your Call Minute Limit

What happens when you go over your included call minutes and how excess call charges are applied.

If you exceed your included call minutes, your service will continue as normal. However, any calls made beyond your monthly allowance will be charged at our standard calling rates.

If you regularly exceed your included minutes, we recommend reviewing your current plan. Upgrading to a plan with a higher minute allowance may reduce your overall monthly costs.
