Personalise your customer experience with custom greetings, on-hold music, queue messages, and more. The Account Media section lets you upload audio once and use it across your entire account โ€” perfect for Voicemail, IVR, Queues, and Caller Tunes.


๐ŸŽง Supported Audio Formats
Kiwi VoIP supports:

  • .mp3 (recommended)

  • .m4a

Recommended settings for best results:

  • Bitrate: 128 kbps

  • Sample rate: 44.1 kHz

  • Channel: Mono (single channel)
    โ— WAV files are not supported.

If your audio doesn't work, try using an online audio converter to re-encode your file to these specifications.

  1. Log in to ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz

  2. Select Cloud PBX

  3. From the left-hand menu, go to Account Media

  4. Click Upload next to the media type you want

  5. Choose your file and click Upload

Your audio file is now available for use on any line in your account.
