โ WAV files are not supported.
If your audio doesn't work, try using an online audio converter to re-encode your file to these specifications.

Log in to ๐ https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz

Select Cloud PBX

From the left-hand menu, go to Account Media

Click Upload next to the media type you want

Choose your file and click Upload
Your audio file is now available for use on any line in your account.
