Extension dialling lets you:

📲 Internally transfer calls to other lines on your Kiwi VoIP account

🤖 Use with Auto Attendant so callers can dial extensions directly
Example: “Welcome to Our Company. If you know the extension of the person you wish to talk to, please enter it now…”
⚙️ How to Set Up Extension Dialling

Log into your Kiwi VoIP Portal

Click Cloud PBX in the top menu

From the list of lines, hover over the number you wish to update and click to edit

Set the Extension Number

Must be 3–4 digits

Scroll to the bottom and click Save
