How to Change your plan or add a minute bundle

Learn how to easily change your plan or add a minute bundle to your account with these simple steps.

  1. Login to your portal on https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz
  2. Click on Manage Plans on the left menu
  3. Your current plan will be displayed along with any internet and add on plans you have.
  4. Click on Add add-on or Change Plan
  5. CHANGE PLAN
  6. You will see a drop down menu like this
  7. Select your new plan from the drop down menu and click Change Plan
  8. ADD ADD-ON
  9. You will see the available add-ons for your plan in the popout window.  Select the add-on you woul dlike and click
  10. All done
