📞 Accessing Your Voicemail

  • From your Kiwi VoIP mobile (in NZ): Dial 202 (free call)

  • From overseas, landline, or another mobile: Dial +64 22 202 2001
    (Voicemail PIN required)

💸 Voicemail Costs

Voicemail is free with all Kiwi VoIP mobile plans.

If you're calling your voicemail from another network or a landline, standard calling rates will apply. You’ll also need your Voicemail PIN to access your messages from another phone.

Note: Your voicemail account will automatically deactivate after 60 days of inactivity (i.e. no new messages received or messages retrieved).

🌍 Voicemail While Overseas

Using voicemail while roaming may incur additional charges:

  • Receiving calls while overseas may attract international roaming charges.

  • Checking voicemail also incurs roaming charges.

Please check your roaming plan details before you travel.

📋 Kiwi VoIP Voicemail Main Menu

Once you're in the voicemail system, here are your main menu options:

1 – Listen to messages
3 – Manage Voicemail
6 – Change your personal greeting
8 – Learn more about voicemail
* – Return to previous menu

🔊 Listening to Messages

From the main menu, press 1 to listen to your messages. Then choose:

  • Press 0 – Return the call

  • Press 1 – Replay the message

  • Press 4 – Save the message

  • Press 5 – Delete the message

  • Press 6 – Listen to the next message

  • Press 7 – Replay the last message

  • Press * – Return to previous menu

⚙️ Manage Voicemail Settings

From the main menu, press 3 to manage your voicemail. Options include:

  • Press 2 – Turn text alerts on/off

  • Press 4 – Change your personal greeting

  • Press 6 – Toggle automatic playback of new messages

  • Press 7 – Change your 4-digit Voicemail PIN

  • Press 8 – Turn Voicemail on/off

  • Press * – Return to previous menu

🎙️ Change Your Personal Greeting

Option 1: From the main menu

  • Press 6 – Change personal greeting

    • Press 1 – Record your greeting

    • Press 2 – Select your greeting

    • Press 3 – Listen to saved greetings

    • Press * – Return to previous menu

Option 2: From the Manage Voicemail menu

  • Press 3 from the main menu

  • Then press 4

    • Press 1 – Listen to your greeting

    • Press 2 – Record your greeting

    • Press 7 – Change your recorded name

    • Press 8 – Use standard greeting (with mobile number)

    • Press * – Return to previous menu
