Never lose track of important calls again. With Kiwi VoIP Missed Call Notifications, you'll get instant email alerts whenever a call is missed — helping you stay responsive, even when you're unavailable.

📧 What It Does
Get an email alert when:

• A call rings but isn’t answered

• A call goes to voicemail

• A call is rejected with a busy signal or other failure

• You're included in a SimRing, Hunt Group, or Queue and miss a call

Perfect for remote teams, mobile staff, and anyone managing critical inbound calls.

⚙️ How to Set It Up

1. Log into your account 👉 https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz

2. Go to Cloud PBX

3. Choose the number you want to manage

4. Click Inbound Calls > Missed Call Notifications

5. Enter the email address to receive alerts

6. Click Save Settings

🎛️ Notification Filters
Fine-tune which call types trigger notifications:

✅ Direct Missed Calls – Calls made directly to this number (including forwarded calls)

✅ SimRing Missed Calls – Calls missed via the Simultaneous Ring feature

✅ Hunt Group Missed Calls – Calls missed as part of a Hunt Group

✅ Queue Missed Calls – Calls missed while you are an active agent in a Call Queue
💡 Tip: To avoid queue notifications when unavailable, dial *71 to log out of all queues.

Set up a shared email inbox (e.g. missedcalls@yourdomain.co.nz) if multiple team members need visibility on missed calls.
