🌍 Kiwi VoIP Mobile – Setting Up Roaming

Heading overseas? Follow this quick guide to ensure your Kiwi VoIP mobile is ready to roam.

✈️ Step 1: Request Roaming Activation

Before travelling, you must submit a support ticket via your Kiwi VoIP Portal requesting roaming to be enabled on your mobile plan.

🔒 Roaming is not enabled by default for security and cost control.

📡 Step 2: Arriving in Your Destination

Once roaming has been enabled:

1. Turn off Flight Mode.

2. Your phone will automatically connect to a local mobile network.

3. You will receive a welcome text confirming whether roaming is supported at your destination.

You will incur roaming fees based on the country you're visiting.
