🐢 What is Kiwi VoIP Slow Data?

Understanding how Slow Data works after your Fast Data runs out.

📉 What is Slow Data?
Some Kiwi VoIP mobile plans include both Fast Data and Slow Data.
Once you’ve used all your Fast Data (e.g. 5GB), your plan may continue with Slow Data for the rest of your billing cycle.

Slow Data allows you to stay connected—but with reduced speeds to help ensure fair network use.

📱 What Can You Do with Slow Data?
You’ll still be able to:
✔️ Send messages
✔️ Use email
✔️ Browse the web
✔️ Stay active on social media
✔️ Stream videos (at SD 480p)

🔄 However, you may notice:

  • Longer load times for websites

  • Lower quality images or videos

  • Lag when multiple apps try to use data

  • Slower responsiveness when streaming or refreshing content

🧠 Why Are Speeds Reduced?
Slow Data is designed to provide essential connectivity once your high-speed allowance has been used.
This ensures all customers get a consistent experience—even during busy network times.

📍 Actual performance can vary depending on:

  • Network coverage and congestion

  • Your device’s capabilities

  • Your physical location
