Need unique greetings or hold music for specific team members, departments, or locations? With Number Media, you can override default account-wide audio settings and upload custom media on a per-number basis โ€” perfect for tailoring the caller experience.


๐ŸŽง Supported Audio Formats
Kiwi VoIP supports:

  • .mp3 (recommended)

  • .m4a

Recommended settings:

  • Bitrate: 128 kbps

  • Sample rate: 44.1 kHz

  • Channel: Mono
    โŒ WAV files are not supported.
    If you run into issues, try converting your audio with a trusted online tool.

  1. Log in at ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz

  2. Go to Cloud PBX

  3. Select the number you want to upload media for

  4. In the left-hand menu, click Number Media

  5. Click Upload next to the media type you want to update

  6. Choose your file and click Upload
