🔁 Steps to Port Your 0800 Number

Follow these steps to begin porting your toll-free number to Kiwi VoIP:

  1. Log in to your Kiwi VoIP account at https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz

  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Manage Numbers

  3. Click Port a Number to Kiwi VoIP

  4. Select the Toll Free porting option, then click Select

  5. To add multiple numbers, click Add More Numbers

  6. Fill in the porting form with the following details:

    • Your current provider

    • The 0800 number(s) you want to port

    • Your account name and account number

    • The email address you'd like porting updates sent to

  7. Click Submit


📬 What Happens Next?

  • We’ll keep you updated throughout the porting process via email

  • Once the port is complete, the number will appear in your account as a standalone number

  • You can then:

    • Assign it to a device or SIP trunk

    • Or forward it to another number

📌 Reminder: We don’t require your 0800 to terminate to a fixed line — it’s up to you to configure the destination.
