If your Kiwi VoIP SIM is lost or damaged, don’t worry — we’ve made it easy to get a replacement.
📦 Order a Replacement SIM
You can request a new SIM through your Kiwi VoIP web portal:

Log in to your account:

Click Support and open a New Support Ticket.

In the ticket, include the mobile number the SIM was linked to.

Submit the request and we’ll handle the rest.
