How to Order a Replacement SIM

If your Kiwi VoIP SIM is lost or damaged, don’t worry — we’ve made it easy to get a replacement.


📦 Order a Replacement SIM
You can request a new SIM through your Kiwi VoIP web portal:

  1. Log in to your account:
    👉 https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz

  2. Click Support and open a New Support Ticket.

  3. In the ticket, include the mobile number the SIM was linked to.

  4. Submit the request and we’ll handle the rest.


🚚 Shipping Times
SIMs are shipped directly from Auckland. Estimated delivery times:

  • 📍 North Island: 1–2 business days

  • 🏔️ South Island: 2–3 business days
