Most businesses want to handle calls differently during work hours, after hours, or holidays. With Kiwi VoIP Cloud PBX, you can create custom Time Schedules to control features like:

You can define your call handling around the following built-in schedule categories:

Log into your account via the Kiwi VoIP portal:

Go to Cloud PBX from the top menu

From the left menu, expand Preferences and click Time Schedules

Define the hours for:

Work Hours

Available Hours
-
User Defined Hours
-

Use 24-hour format (e.g., 09:00 to 17:30)

Click Save Settings
