ποΈ How to Set Up Your Voicemail Greeting
Option 1 β Via the Web Portal
π Go to: https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz

Select Cloud PBX

Choose the number you want to configure

Click Inbound Calls > Voicemail Services

Choose to record your Unavailable or Busy greeting

Enter your preferred callback number
-
Answer the call and follow the prompts to record
Option 2 β Via Phone

Dial *55 to access your voicemail

Press
0for voicemail settings -
Choose:
β1= Set Unavailable message
β2= Set Busy message
β3= Record your name
β4= Set temporary vacation greeting
β5= Change your PIN -
Press
#to save your message

π§ From your Kiwi VoIP phone: Dial *55
π From any phone: Call your number, press * during greeting, enter your PIN
π» From the web: Log into https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz and go to the Messages tab
π§ By email: Enable email forwarding in your voicemail settings
