Option 1 – Via the Web Portal

  1. Select Cloud PBX

  2. Choose the number you want to configure

  3. Click Inbound Calls > Voicemail Services

  4. Choose to record your Unavailable or Busy greeting

  5. Enter your preferred callback number

  6. Answer the call and follow the prompts to record

Option 2 – Via Phone

  1. Dial *55 to access your voicemail

  2. Press 0 for voicemail settings

  3. Choose:
     1 = Set Unavailable message
     2 = Set Busy message
     3 = Record your name
     4 = Set temporary vacation greeting
     5 = Change your PIN

  4. Press # to save your message
