⏰ Wake-Up Calls in Kiwi VoIP Cloud PBX
Need a gentle nudge to start your day or remind staff at a specific time? The Wake-Up Call feature in Kiwi VoIP Cloud PBX lets you schedule an automated call that plays a pre-recorded wake-up message.
📞 What It Does
Automatically places a call at a set time and plays a wake-up or reminder message when answered.
You can activate the feature in two ways:

Via the Kiwi VoIP Web Portal (with flexible recurring options)

Or using *star code 62 from any Kiwi VoIP-connected device (one-time use)
🖥️ How to Set a Wake-Up Call via the Portal

Log into your Kiwi VoIP account 👉 https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz

Click Cloud PBX in the top menu

Select the line number you want to use

In the left-hand menu, go to Advanced > Wake Up Call
📅 Choose one of the following:

✅ Only Once – Call occurs once at the next scheduled time

🔁 Every Day – Repeats daily at the same time
-
📆 Selected Days – Pick specific weekdays for the call
💾 Don’t forget to click Save Settings to activate the call.
